Bonnie Schneider appears as a meteorologist on CNN, HLN and other platforms. In March 2012, Bonnie will be the TV expert, co-executive and co-producer of an DIY NETWORK special, entitled LAST HOUSE RESISTING. Bonnie's first published book is EXTREME WATER Palgrave Macmillan. It was released on January 31, 2012, by Palgrave Macmillan. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. For three days in a week, Schneider also worked as the reporter for WB56 on WLVI TV in Boston. The previous job she held was weekend meteorologist for WFOR-TV, Miami. She worked in a variety of reporting and meteorology positions which included News 12 Long Island (a 24/7 cable television news network) as well as WXII-TV, both in Winston-Salem. While in New York City, she was a fill-in weatherman for The Saturday Early Show for CBS.
